Hyson is a very light Chinese green tea that brews in a smooth and gently sweet cup. The tea is made from young, thin green tea leaves that are twisted and pale green in color.
Instructions for Brewing: Fill a tea ball infuser with 1 teaspoon of tea and place it in your favorite cup. Allow 3-5 minutes for the tea to steep in 8 ounces of boiling water.
